★ ★ GENERAL RULES ★ ★ If you have any deliveries sent to the property, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any packages or mail. You must be there to receive it. Firearms are not permitted within the premises. Camp fires are at your own risk. Also need to be small in size, no large bonfires and guests need to used their own fire wood. No fires on windy days or red flag days. Fire must be put out when unattended by adult. All fires must be attended by adult over 21. Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a boat or trailer to ensure there is enough space so it doesn't disrupt the neighbors.  Do not disrespect Neighbors. Please follow check-in and out instructions. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below). No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below). No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure. ★ ★ FEES ★ ★ ★★FEES, if incurred, must be paid within 1 hour of submission or reservation will be subject to termination with no refund. ★★ ★FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit. ★FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 Charge. ★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out. ★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee. ★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest. ★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine. ★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge. ★FEES: There is a $500 fine for guests especially male guests who will be seen peeing in the backyard. Please do your business in the bathroom. ★ ★ PET RULES ★ ★ 🐶 Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed. NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS. 🐶We only allow maximum of 2 dogs 65 lbs or less. 🐶 Pets must be added onto reservation as an additional guests and guests must pay an additional fee (listed below) after booking. 🐶 Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at anytime during stay. 🐶 Pets must be current on their shots and flea and tick treatments. 🐶 Pets must be taken out to do their business and not go inside the home or patio. You MUST pick up after your pet. Disposable bags are provided on the back deck and must be discarded in the exterior trash on the side of the house. 🐶 Pets must be leashed at all times except in the enclosed fenced backyard. 🐶 Pet cannot mark indoors. 🐶 Pet cannot be washed or showered in tubs or sinks. 🐶 Pets must not be left unattended and have to be in a kennel/crate while guests are not inside of the residence. ★ ★ PET FEES ★ ★ ★FEES: Pet Fee $25 per pet per night. ★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet on top of pet rent. ★FEES: Pet urinating inside will result in a $100 floor disinfecting charge. ★FEES: Pet showered in tub or sinks will result in a $200 Charge. ★FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in $60 charge. ★FEES: Any evidence of flea or tick infestation will result to an additional $500 cleaning fee. ★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost. * In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, guests agree to pay any collection fees incurred by (OwlStays Services LLC or OwlStays LLC) in addition but not limited to any attorneys fees or costs of collections.
