There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this. ~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine) ~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. ~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below). ~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. ~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below). ~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm. ~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. ~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure. ~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure. Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances. ★★If we make a mistake you may be entitled to a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the mistake. We DO NOT refund Airbnb service fees or taxes. ★★ ★ ★ FEES ★ ★ ★★FEES, if incurred, must be paid within 1 hour of submission or reservation will be subject to termination with no refund. ★★ ★FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit. ★FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 charge. ★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out. ★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee. ★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest. ★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine. ★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet. ★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge. ★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost. ★ In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, guests agree to pay any collection fees incurred by (OwlStays Services LLC or OwlStays LLC) in addition but not limited to any attorneys fees or costs of collections. House Rule: Shared Spaces & Community Area Etiquette Shared Spaces: Guests are expected to keep all shared spaces clean and free of clutter. Please be considerate of others using these areas by not dominating the shared spaces with personal belongings or items. Everyone’s comfort is important. Trash Disposal: Tenants are responsible for properly disposing of trash in all community areas. Please ensure that trash is regularly taken to the designated bins to maintain cleanliness and a pleasant environment for all residents.
