Cari’s place was perfect! We had to come into town on short notice for a family emergency. She was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt right at home for our stay. We will definitely be back again.

We had a terrific stay. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants on the square. And a short drive to all the retail in or near the triangle. Just as pictured - very cute decor! Bed was very comfortable and the heavy curtains were welcome so we could sleep in. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook during our stay. The washer/dryer was a real plus. We didn’t bring a pet but the back yard was very nice for your furry friend or just to relax. We definitely would stay again.

We’ve stayed in Sandestin for years including once before in the Tivoli community and Ana’s by far has been our favorite place. Beautiful and modern while still being warm and inviting on the inside and the golf cart was in great shape. If you’re a golfer it’s right next to one of the tee boxes with a beautiful screened in back porch with comfy chairs so you can sip your coffee or cocktail and watch people get a round in. Can’t say enough great things about the property and Ana’s customer service we will definitely be back.

Alexander’s place was clean inviting and beautiful. Perfect for a family. We didn’t even want to leave the Airbnb the first evening because we had so many fun things to do there. Very comfortable beds and beautiful decor. We loved everything about our stay. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great house in a great location! We stayed with 2 boys under 8 and we had plenty of space to move around and to sleep. Also with younger children we felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was also a great location since we knew we were going all over the Kansas City area. We had one question once we got to Patrick's house and he responded within a couple minutes and helped us out with what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful time staying in KC! Alexander was a fantastic host—very responsive whenever any issue came up. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need, making our stay comfortable and easy. It’s a great place, and we’re already looking forward to booking again on our next visit!

Overall experience was exceptional. Very fun unit and felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Ana’s communication was great. Two things to note though. One, the dryer wasn’t working and asked had Ana put in a maintenance request. It did take a quite a few days for the dryer to get fixed which was annoying, but it did eventually get fixed. Second, a fire alarm would beep in the evening for an unknown reason (was a little irritating, but just needed to be silenced). Overall, again, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent stay! Perfect for two couples because one could have the upstairs while the other had the downstairs. Easy walk to the farmer’s market on Saturday and to Homer’s coffee shop. We loved our stay!
